[Wine] Wine virtual desktop + multiple applications running

I'm playing Anarchy Online through Wine on Ubuntu system. The game doesn't run on windowed mode so I'm forced to use fullscreen, however this is not the issue since I'm using virtual desktop emulation that gives me the window in which I can play the game and also Alt+Tab to other programs.

Thing is that I'm using this addon thingie called Clicksaver while playing the game. It's an external program that has to be run at the same time with the game itself.
Problem is that they appear on the same virtual desktop and once I start the game I can't Alt+Tab or switch to Clicksaver by any means.

So I'm asking now if there's any way to switch focus between the different applications inside the same virtual desktop window, or somehow create a different virtual desktop for both apps.

Yeah, Alexandre fixed this a few releases back (used to be a long standing bug).

Add the program in winecfg under 'Applications', switch to graphics
tab, and enable it for Anarchy online. Disable it globally. Should fix
your problem.

I'll just repeat here step by step what I did in case someone else has the same problem, since I wasn't quite sure what I did was the right thing, until I experimented it.

1. Run 'winecfg'
2. On applications tab push 'Add application...' button and browse for Anarchy.exe (ie. the application that goes fullscreen but you want to be in a window)
3. Switch to Graphics tab, enable virtual desktop and set the desired resolution.
4. Switch back to Applications tab and choose 'Default Settings'.
5. Once more go to the Graphics tab and disable the virtual desktop.

Ok, now I have a toughie here.

In the game it is possible to move items between characters by using another account. To do that I'd have to dual log, ie. start 2 Anarchy Online games.
In the game folder there's another exe to start the game and I tried enabling virtual desktop for it too. Now I can start the game twice in different virtual desktops but once the other is running I can't login with the second one since the window always loses focus the second I try to focus into it.

Any workarounds come to mind?

Install it a second time in a different WINEPREFIX.
